Conditions of Sale

     This postal auction is conducted in Canadian Funds.
         ( $1.00 Cdn equals approx. $0.95 US to $1.00 US, although the actual exchange rate varies daily.)

     Final sale of all lots is determined by the auctioneer,
         after all bids have been received by Tuesday at 10 pm Pacific Time.
         Thereafter, all the bids must be entered on the auction master
         sheets, for the final buyers and prices to be tabulated.
         (Results are usually known by Friday afternoon.)

     Every lot is 100% Guaranteed to your satisfaction.
         Any lot not satisfactory may be returned within
         7 days of your receipt.

     There is No Buyer's Premium added to the hammer price.

     All lots will be sold to the highest bidder at one increment
         above the next bid. We reserve the right to withdraw any lot on
         which the bidding fails to reach a reasonable level.

     Buyers unknown to us, or past late payers, are expected to make
         payment in full on receipt of invoice before delivery of lots. 

     Payment may be made by cheque or money order in Canadian or US Funds.
         For the convenience of US buyers, invoices will be converted by us
         to US funds at prevailing bank rates. This facility is also
         available for other major currencies.
         
     VISA and MASTERCARD is also accepted, without charge, if the credit
         card information is supplied before the auction closing date. 
         The credit card companies will then convert the Canadian funds
         to your currency.

     Postage and insurance extra. 
         GST (or HST where applicable) due on all sales (and charges) delivered in Canada. 
          ( HST is payable by residents of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia 
             and Newfoundland. And, now British Columbia & Ontario)
          
         Please note...
           US residents pay no taxes or customs' duties on purchases.
           No Canadian taxes are payable on goods delivered 
             to foreign residents.
           
     All lots are provided with a realistic market estimate, 
        "Est", expressed in Canadian Funds. 
         To convert to approximate US equivalent, multiply by .95

         Unless noted, catalogue values & listings are from the 
         2009-2010 Scott Catalogues in US currency.
         Other catalogues are stated in original currency.

         We use the most current Unitrade Specialized Catalogue 
         for Canada & British North Amnerica.
